Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AR Dynamics Inc. collects when you use RealDeal IQ, why, how long it is kept, who it is shared with and what you can do about it. It is written to be literally accurate — we would rather say less than overclaim.
Who we are
RealDeal IQ is operated by AR Dynamics Inc., organised in Delaware, United States (a Delaware corporation based in New York, NY).

AR Dynamics Inc. is the entity that receives payment and is party to these Terms.
What we collect
We collect only what the service needs:
- your account and contact details
- the property, deal and lead data you enter or import
- usage and diagnostic logs
- payment status from our payment processor
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use this information to provide and secure the service, to bill you, to support you and to meet legal obligations. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, consent where we ask for it, and compliance with law.
How long we keep it
Deal and lead data are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion; security logs up to 12 months.
When a retention period ends we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it. Backups age out on their own schedule.
Service providers and subprocessors
We share personal information with the providers below, only as needed to run the service:
- Stripe (payments)
- Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting)
- AI model providers used for analysis (listed on request)
Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A Data Processing Agreement is available to business customers on request at hello@ardynamicsinc.com. We will keep this list current.
Artificial intelligence
RealDeal IQ uses artificial intelligence. Specifically, AI/machine-learning models are used for analysing deals, scoring leads and drafting outreach.
When you interact with an assistant, agent or chat feature in RealDeal IQ, you are interacting with AI, not a human. You can ask to be put in touch with a person at any time.
Content produced by these features is AI-generated and is labelled as such where it is shown to you.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and are not professional advice. Review anything important before relying on it, and do not submit information you are not permitted to share with a third-party model provider. The AI providers we use are listed in our Privacy Policy.
This disclosure is made in line with the EU AI Act (Article 50, applicable from 2 August 2026) and US state bot-disclosure laws including California SB 1001.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale/sharing under the CCPA/CPRA; EEA/UK residents have the equivalent GDPR rights and may complain to a supervisory authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
To exercise any right, email hello@ardynamicsinc.com. We respond within the period the law allows (45 days under the CCPA, one month under the GDPR) and may need to verify your identity.
Children
RealDeal IQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email hello@ardynamicsinc.com and we will delete it. In the EEA/UK we respect the local age of digital consent (13–16).
How we protect information
We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and audit logging, and we review our controls regularly. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise that a breach can never happen — we promise to protect against it and to tell you if it occurs.
If there is a data breach
We maintain an incident-response process. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant regulators as required by law — without unreasonable delay under US state breach-notification statutes, and within 72 hours of becoming aware where the EU/UK GDPR applies. Our notice will describe what happened, the data involved, what we are doing, and what you can do.
Changes to this policy
We will post any update here with a new effective date, and give notice of material changes before they take effect.
