Who we are

RealDeal IQ is operated by AR Dynamics Inc., organised in Delaware, United States (a Delaware corporation based in New York, NY).

AR Dynamics Inc. is the entity that receives payment and is party to these Terms.

The service

RealDeal IQ is provided to real-estate investors and agents. We may change, add or remove features; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of the current period.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

Acceptable use

When using RealDeal IQ you must not:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights
• access another person's account, or try to defeat authentication, rate limits or security controls
• probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• scrape or resell the service or its content without written permission
• upload malware, or use the service to send spam or unlawful messages
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to impersonate a real person without consent

AR Dynamics Inc. may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access — immediately where there is risk of harm, legal exposure or non-payment.

Artificial intelligence

RealDeal IQ uses artificial intelligence. Specifically, AI/machine-learning models are used for analysing deals, scoring leads and drafting outreach.

When you interact with an assistant, agent or chat feature in RealDeal IQ, you are interacting with AI, not a human. You can ask to be put in touch with a person at any time.

Content produced by these features is AI-generated and is labelled as such where it is shown to you.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and are not professional advice. Review anything important before relying on it, and do not submit information you are not permitted to share with a third-party model provider. The AI providers we use are listed in our Privacy Policy.

This disclosure is made in line with the EU AI Act (Article 50, applicable from 2 August 2026) and US state bot-disclosure laws including California SB 1001.

Not financial advice

RealDeal IQ is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial advice. We are not a bank, lender, broker, credit-repair organisation or investment adviser, and we do not guarantee approval, funding, a score change or any financial outcome.

Results are not typical and are not guaranteed. Any figures, examples or case studies are illustrative, depend on facts specific to you, and should not be read as a promise of a particular outcome. Consult a qualified professional before acting.

Intellectual property

AR Dynamics Inc. and its licensors own the service, its software and its brand. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and grant AR Dynamics Inc. only the licence needed to operate and improve the service for you. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.

Disclaimers — the service is provided "AS IS"

RealDeal IQ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law AR Dynamics Inc. disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

AR Dynamics Inc. does not warrant that RealDeal IQ will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that it will produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of AR Dynamics Inc. and its officers, employees, agents and suppliers for all claims arising out of or relating to RealDeal IQ — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other theory — will not exceed the fees you actually paid AR Dynamics Inc. for RealDeal IQ in the one (1) month immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

This cap is aggregate, not per claim: all claims you bring, however many and however characterised, share the single cap. It is your sole and exclusive remedy, and it applies even if a limited remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Neither party excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

AR Dynamics Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

Indemnity

You will indemnify AR Dynamics Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms or of law, except to the extent caused by us.

Sanctions and export control

You may not use RealDeal IQ if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you appear on any US government restricted-party list (including OFAC's SDN list) or an equivalent list in your jurisdiction. You agree not to export or re-export the service in violation of applicable export-control laws. We may suspend access to comply.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal or security necessity. Sections that by their nature survive — fees owed, disclaimers, liability, arbitration, governing law — survive termination.

Dispute resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved.

First, talk to us: email hello@ardynamicsinc.com with the details and we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

If that fails, you and AR Dynamics Inc. agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to RealDeal IQ or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered under the rules of a recognised arbitration provider, seated in Delaware, United States (a Delaware corporation based in New York, NY) or conducted remotely, before a single arbitrator.

You and we waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this waiver is held unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) proceeds in court.

30-day opt-out: you may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@ardynamicsinc.com with your account email and the words "arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for infringement or misuse of intellectual property. Nothing here waives any right you cannot lawfully waive, including the right to file a complaint with a government agency.

Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, the exclusive venue for any permitted court proceeding is the state and federal courts located in Delaware. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice (email or in-product) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, cancel before the effective date.

Miscellaneous

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms, with the policies they link to, are the entire agreement between us.
